There is a part of you that knows how to hold.
And there is a part of you that wants to be free.
One creates structure.
The other wants to dance beyond it.
One says, stay grounded.
The other says, come alive.
For many of us,
these parts have never really learned
how to trust each other.
So we become fragmented.
We become powerful,
but hardened.
Sensitive,
but without boundaries.
Independent,
but exhausted from carrying everything alone.
Spiritual,
but disconnected from desire.
Sensual,
but afraid of our own intensity.
Creative,
but so controlled that nothing truly alive can come through.
We learn how to function.
But somewhere along the way,
we forget how to feel whole.
Tantric Rebirth Live explores
what happens when these seemingly opposite forces within us
begin to meet again.
Not as man versus woman.
Not as another internet theory about masculine and feminine energy.
But as living movements within every human being.
The part of you that holds.
The part that surrenders.
The part that chooses.
The part that receives.
The part that creates order.
And the part that refuses to be domesticated.
What happens when the rooted and the wild finally learn to trust each other?
That is where we begin.

DAY ONE
The first evening is about seeing.
We will sit together and explore why so many of us live divided lives.
Why strength can slowly turn into armor.
Why surrender can become self-abandonment.
Why the desire to be free can sometimes become another way of running.
Why people who are deeply capable of giving often struggle to receive.
Why we can understand ourselves psychologically and spiritually, yet still repeat the same patterns in love, creativity, intimacy, and everyday life.
Through Dharma talk, storytelling, Tantra, psychology, meditation, and conversation, Chandresh will open the deeper inquiry into the masculine and feminine within.
Not to give you another identity.
But perhaps to help you recognize what is already moving inside you.
We will explore questions like:
Can you be powerful without becoming hardened?
Can you soften without disappearing?
Can you experience desire without becoming controlled by it?
Can structure protect your creativity instead of suffocating it?
Can you love another human deeply and still remain rooted in yourself?
And what might become possible when the parts of you that have been fighting each other finally begin to listen?
The evening will close with guided meditation, interactive Q&A, and time to simply be together. And have real conversation.
Tea, drinks, laughter, curiosity, and perhaps meeting people you would never have met otherwise.
---
DAY TWO
Day one helps us see.
Day two asks:
Now what happens when we actually live it?
The second evening moves from understanding into embodiment.
We begin by arriving into the body through intention, sound, silence, and meditation.
A guest facilitator will guide a sound healing experience, allowing the nervous system to settle before we move deeper into the work.
From there, we enter conscious connection.
There may be a simple, optional paired practice around listening without fixing.
No performance.
No trying to impress another person.
No need to have the perfect answer.
Just the increasingly rare experience of being with another human being and actually listening.
And being listened to.
We will explore how the rooted masculine and wild feminine show up not only in meditation, but in the places where life becomes real:
Your relationships.
Your boundaries.
Your creativity.
Your sensuality.
Your ambition.
Your ability to rest.
Your relationship with control.
Your ability to receive.
The places where you silence yourself.
And the places where you may have confused protection with truth.
There will be teaching. Meditation. Writing and reflection.
And space to encounter your own inner world without rushing to change it.
The weekend closes with community dinner.
---
THIS EXPERIENCE IS NOT ABOUT BECOMING “MORE MASCULINE” OR “MORE FEMININE”
It is about becoming less divided.
The rooted masculine without the feminine can become rigid.
The wild feminine without grounding can become chaos.
But when the two begin to recognize each other, something changes.
Strength learns tenderness.
Desire learns consciousness.
And perhaps you stop asking:
Which side of myself should win?
And begin asking:
How can all of me belong here?
That is inner union.
That is the heart of this weekend.
---
WHAT THIS WEEKEND IS
A traditional Tantra-inspired gathering rooted in meditation, consciousness, psychology, creativity, and honest human inquiry.
It is not a sexualized Tantra workshop.
There are no sexual exercises.
There is no required touch or forced intimacy.
Any paired connection practice will be optional and centered around listening and conversation.
You are welcome to participate at the depth that feels truthful for you.
---
THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF...
You are tired of understanding yourself intellectually but still feel something deeper asking to be lived.
You are in a season of change.
You are an artist or creator trying to hear your real voice again.
You have done therapy, meditation, spirituality, or inner work, but you want to experience these teachings beyond concepts.
You are curious about Tantra but want to encounter it in a grounded, traditional, non-performative way.
You are learning how to receive without losing your strength.
Or how to become strong without losing your softness.
You want more intimacy with your own life.
Not another performance.
More truth.
More presence.
More aliveness.
