Conscious Meditation originates from an authentic Traditional Tantra scripture called Vigyan Bhairov Tantra, which means “the science of going beyond consciousness.”

Chandresh Bhardwaj, a seventh-generation spiritual teacher and author, will teach you authentic and primordial meditation techniques and Eastern philosophies. 

After 14 years of teaching spiritual work, Chandresh has distilled complex ancient teachings into practical applications for modern life.

Hello and Welcome!

I'm so grateful you're here. I created Conscious Meditation because I know how it feels to be lost and anxious in the chaos of life. I once hustled in the corporate world, hoping to survive daily and live the American dream of security and predictability.

Instead, I felt like a monkey wearing a fancy suit as I went to work daily in New York. I felt tamed, controlled, and frustrated.

Even though I grew up among the gurus, I learned a hard lesson working in Finance - no matter what, I must trust the unknown and cultivate courage.

My first step toward courage was to leave my secure job in banking and devote my days and nights to learning the ancient and authentic science of Tantra and meditation in daily life.

Although it was a path filled with fear, doubt, and many unknowns, it transformed my life and continues to strengthen me.

In the Conscious Meditation Program, I will teach you how to transform your life using simple meditation practices and calming mantras.
