    From that space of deep listening, Chandresh creates:

About Cosmic Download’s Creator

Hi, I’m Chandresh.

I created Cosmic Download to support people in returning to themselves — not through force or fixing, but through presence, embodiment, and deep listening.

I grew up among healers and spiritual teachers in India and am a seventh-generation teacher in my lineage. My Guru taught me that meditation is not an escape from life, but a way of meeting it honestly and fully.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of ancient Tantra and modern psychology, guiding artists, leaders, creatives, and seekers through moments of transition, awakening, and inner reorganization.

I don’t write generic meditations.
I work with the Dasa Mahavidyas — the ten wisdom goddesses of Tantra — and channel each Cosmic Download after sitting with your words, your patterns, and your longings.

This work is personal.
It’s slow, intentional, and sacred.
